How to Apply
Admission in five steps
Register online
Create an applicant account with your mobile number and email, and verify the OTP.
Fill the application
Enter personal, academic and category details, and upload your marksheets, photograph and signature.
Pay the application fee
Pay the application fee through the secure payment gateway — UPI, card or net banking.
Merit list & counselling
Merit lists are published on the notice board and sent by SMS. Report for document verification on the allotted date.
Fee payment & enrolment
Pay the first-semester fee, submit the anti-ragging undertaking and collect your enrolment number and identity card.
Eligibility & Fee Structure 2026-27
Fees shown are annual tuition fees. A one-time admission fee, the university enrolment fee and the examination fee per semester apply additionally, as notified. Hostel and transport charges are optional and billed separately. The fee structure and refund policy are published in the Mandatory Disclosure section.
Fees are indicative and subject to approval by the Board of Management.
Scholarships & Fee Concessions
Government Scholarships
SC / ST / OBC / EWS and minority students may apply for central and state scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal and the state scholarship portal. The scholarship desk assists with documentation and follow-up.
Merit Scholarship
Students with outstanding marks in the qualifying examination receive a tuition-fee concession in the first year, renewable on maintaining academic performance.
Other Concessions
Fee concessions for single girl children, siblings studying concurrently, wards of defence personnel and students from economically weaker families, as per college policy.
Hostel & Transport
Separate hostels for boys and girls are available on a first-come, first-served basis for outstation students, with mess, Wi-Fi, reading rooms, resident wardens and round-the-clock security. Hostel rules, the application form and charges are published on the notice board.
College buses run on the main routes of the city and nearby towns; the route list and charges are available from the transport office.

Admission to undergraduate programmes is on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination and, where applicable, the state counselling process. Professional programmes follow the norms of the respective statutory councils and the university.
Marksheets and certificates of the qualifying examinations, transfer certificate, migration certificate (for other boards / universities), character certificate, category certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar card, income certificate for scholarship, and passport-size photographs.
Yes. The annual tuition fee may be paid in two instalments — at the start of the odd and even semesters. Requests for a revised schedule may be made to the accounts office.
Refunds follow the UGC / AICTE refund norms — the proportion refunded depends on the date of withdrawal relative to the last date of admission. The full policy is published in the Mandatory Disclosure section.
